Emma & Sharly’s stunning two bride wedding.

I first met Emma & Sharly outside Morden Park Registry Office in September 2020 and joined the two of them for a couple of hours during the Covid pandemic. I had spoken to Emma on the phone but we’d never met.

Sharly was from Taiwan and they were planning to have a large ceremony there next year. Due to covid there were only 2 other guests at the ceremony. It was truly awesome to spend a short but precious time with these two lovely people.

I have photographed many weddings at Morden Registry Office and know the venue very well but we had to move fast as the ceremony was due to start at 5pm and the light was against us.

There was so much laughter all through the afternoon and to cap it all, as we left the venue some of their best friends unexpectedly turned up and waited outside to throw copious amounts of confetti!
